In 2006 Rob Nixon created a unique coaching model for accountants which he called “coachingclub”. The coaching model has been constantly refined and focuses on:

 

ACCOUNTABILITY

You must report on your numbers each quarter and commit to actions and targets for the next quarter – then you come back and report on how you did. This sounds daunting and it can be.

We guarantee it works.

LEARNING

Each meeting includes learning on a particular aspect of running an accounting business – you learn from the coach and from other members. In between the quarterly coaching meetings there are group webinars and personal telephone coaching for each member firm.

SHARING

Members regularly say that the sharing of ideas at meetings, or in between meetings, via our online members forum, is incredibly valuable. It can open you eyes to what is possible and ensure you don’t have to “reinvent the wheel”.
